VHC assists you from the planning stages of your project through Design to construction plans, obtaining permit through the entire Construction process. Should you request the services of VHC, (after we have met with you & obtained a written work order for your project) we would then schedule a time to meet with our Professional Design/Draft person at your home to go over your project. We would then start the initial Design phase. Usually within 2 weeks we will have your 1st rendering to look at. The complete Design/Drafting phase takes approximately 4 weeks depending on the size of your job. After our initial Design we will sit down with you & go over what we’ve designed. After our meeting, we will make any revisions & schedule another meeting for your review & approval. Upon approval we would then submit them to your local Building Department for permit. Depending on our work load, we would typically start construction approximately 2-3 weeks after obtaining the permit.
